Xinyue Li is currently pursuing an MSc in Advanced Materials Science at University College London (UCL). She earned a BSc in Chemistry from UCL, where the undergraduate research focused on the “Asymmetric Synthesis of β-Hydroxy Sulfides by Metal & Organo Catalysts.”

Her current research explores the impact of various catholytes on the power density of microbial fuel cells, aiming to enhance their efficiency for sustainable energy applications. With a strong foundation in chemistry and a passion for innovation, she is dedicated to advancing the field of sustainable energy through meticulous research and scientific inquiry.
